The BioTech Foods project in Donostia is designed as a cutting-edge industrial plant for the production of cultured meat, with a constructed area of approximately 11,000 m² in the Eskusaitzeta industrial estate, as reflected in various press and sectoral information.

The Donostia-San Sebastián BioTech Park is a strategic project aimed at technological and scientific development, conceived under criteria of maximum efficiency and environmental respect, with a constructed area of approximately 11,000 m² and BREEAM® environmental certification. The complex is designed to house productive activity, research spaces and high-performance technical areas, integrating into the urban and industrial environment of the territory with a functional, flexible architecture prepared for future growth. The planning of the building prioritizes energy optimization, consumption control, indoor environmental quality and the reduction of impact throughout the life cycle of the asset, consolidating it as a benchmark for the biotech ecosystem in northern Spain.
Sostec provides the BioTech Park with a comprehensive vision of sustainable building, applying environmental, technical and construction criteria from the initial stages of the project to its execution. His intervention focuses on converting sustainability into tangible value: buildings that are more efficient, responsible and aligned with the most demanding international standards. Through optimized construction solutions, conscious selection of materials and energy efficiency strategies, Sostec transforms sustainability into a real competitive advantage for the project, demonstrating how architecture and engineering can drive innovation, performance and long-term environmental commitment.
